Step 1: Material Selection

It starts with selecting the right materials. We source genuine cowhide leather from premium tanneries and high-grade PU from certified suppliers. Every roll is inspected for thickness, color consistency, and surface quality before entering production.

Step 2: Precision Cutting

Automated cutting machines use digital patterns to cut each panel with millimeter precision. For leather gloves, skilled workers hand-select the best sections of each hide.

Step 3: Sewing and Assembly

This is where craftsmanship shines. Experienced seamstresses — many with 10+ years in boxing equipment manufacturing — assemble each glove using industrial sewing machines. Double stitching at stress points ensures durability.

Step 4: Padding and Shaping

Multi-layer foam padding is inserted and heat-molded to create the glove's shape. This step determines the glove's feel — too dense and it's uncomfortable, too soft and it lacks protection.

Step 5: Quality Control
